Customer Service

To allow Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) the opportunity to better serve WVU staff, faculty, and students across West Virginia with outstanding customer service, a short survey has been developed.  If you are selected to receive the survey, please take a few minutes to tell about the quality of customer service you have received. 

This survey is anonymous.  Rest assured that you can complete it with the confidence that your individual responses will remain confidential. 

Following the close of the survey period, an independent party will analyze the results and share aggregate data with the EHS Director to help identify successes and opportunities. The final date for survey submission is Friday, June 30th.  Please take the time to complete the survey. Through your contribution EHS can continue to learn and grow in positive directions.
